Boneless Shin Of Beef – Sliced

The Boneless Shin is extracted from the fore and hind parts of an animal's legs. As an overworked muscle of the cow, the meat here is typically tougher than the prime cuts, but the connective tissue breaks down and leaves a  lovely deep rich flavor, and when cooked low and slow, really can be melt in the mouth tender.


Extra Lean Steak Mince

Our extra lean beef steak mince is ground from prime selected lean beef cuts for the most succulent, lean, tender and richly flavored mince. Lean Beef steak mince is less than 5% fat


Fresh Beef mince

Our Beef Mince is carefully hand-trimmed prior to mincing to ensure all excess sinew is removed. We allow slightly more fat (15%) in our Beef Mince for those seeking a more flavorsome Mince.


Rump Steak

Rump Steak is firmer and less meltingly tender than fillet or sirloin, but makes up for this in rich, meaty flavor. And because cattle have large rumps, there's plenty of it, so it's excellent value for money. A great all-rounder, it's good pan fried, grilled or barbecued. he word “rump” is another term for “buttocks,” which is the hind part of the body where this cut of meat comes from.
